Welcome to Graphic Design!

I want to let you know a little bit about myself. I am an experienced graphic design professional and educator with a passion for helping students develop their creativity, technical skills, and confidence as designers.

I hold a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design and a Master of Science in Project Management. After earning my bachelor’s degree, I spent seven years working as a Marketing Coordinator for a top-ten architectural firm in the United States, gaining valuable experience in design, marketing, communication, and project coordination.

I went on to build a successful career as a professional graphic designer, working in the field for more than 25 years. I have extensive industry experience that has provided me with a practical understanding of professional design, creative problem-solving, client communication, and the expectations of today’s design industry.

For more than 10 years, I have shared my knowledge and experience as a graphic design teacher. I enjoy helping students turn their ideas into compelling visual communication while developing the skills they need to succeed both academically and professionally.

I bring a unique combination of professional design experience, project management expertise, and classroom experience to my teaching. My goal is to inspire students to explore their creativity, develop their individual design voices, and prepare for future opportunities in the creative field.
